Logitech 'Sequential shifter' mod | V1

For the first few hours the v1 kit was working fine but then shifting down got very stiff. I tried contacting support but nobody responded. The next day the provided shifter handle broke off at the screw. Ive tried contacting support twice now and its been over a week with no reply. Once before the handle broke and once after. Print quality was also very poor for the price.

Ordered the T300RS Magnetic paddle shifter mod and couldn't be happier. What a brilliant design!

Overall it’s fine, but it could be better. I specifically asked whether it was compatible with the Simagic DS-8X, and they said it was.

The shifter is compatible, but it requires an additional adapter (which they included). The problem is that with the adapter installed, the shifter sits very high - whereas most people want it as low as possible.

I used the rubber piece they provided and inserted it directly into the shifter instead of using the adapter.

Of course, the rubber didn’t last long, but at least the shifter is now firmly mounted and no longer sits too high.

I’ll probably have to wrap some cloth or something similar in place of the rubber later on.

Love you guys I wanted to let you guys I got my sequential shifter. Kit took 30 days as I expected cause international shipping takes that long and I gotta tell you you guys this product is very good quality and very durable. The imprinted carbon fiber looks really good. I’m used to the imprinted stuff my second 3-D printed product and I got a tire it is really nice better than I thought right now currently I just installed the shifter knob that came with the kit for now until I can figure out somewhere in game rather it’s NASCAR 25 or Forza horizon 5 or I can set my HP pattern shifter as a sequential shifter by using third shift down and for the shift up just gotta figure it out. I know it’s somewhere in the control configuration just map third gear for shift down and fourth gear to shift up until I can figure it out. I will just use the shifter now which is really nice thank you I’m sorry for canceling the first order by the way, but thank you for the second also thank you for the hot wheels car wasn’t expecting that Lol

will not break its in a position that it would be hard to. don't worry it isnt that shtrong its impossible to move, it is just more clickyish and just a bit more power is needed to shift - just right. it ships from far away depending on where you live so don't worry if it doesn't come quickly. mine came earlier then i expected

I bought the Logitech H-Pattern Spring-O and it's a very good product, made the shifter 10x better than before when it felt like a kids toy. It took a week to arrive and took about 10 minutes to install. Highly Recomend.

I ordered the full V2 kit order a year ago. I’m here to report back with 100% confidence you should also buy it.

However folks these parts are plastic, therefore be methodical slow and very patient. I add the damper box mod which is well needed. The spring mod to increase tension requires the most patience. When all said and done, 300% worth while.

I broke the SQ slider when imitating a tug of war team like a fool. Skill issue more than anything. Dirt Rally is peak on console so don’t do what I did.

There will still be some play from neutral to engaging a gear but that’s a design flaw than anything.

Conclude this is 420% worthwhile especially if you are staying on console. As I still am for GT7 and console ease overal. At times can feel like a ‘bolt action rifle’ miss shifts still happen but very unlikely compared to the ‘toy’ default feeling.

Closing words: will we ever get a ‘V3’ kit ? Maybe a all metal version

How about a ‘cambio kit’ as 3Drap has one with is all plastic so maybe an all metal or improvement to their offering ?

Thank you for all your efforts. Without your company I would have sold my gear and given up on sim racing on a budget as life isn’t cheap these days. I have happily upgraded slowly and wish I could tug of war team my shifter time to time.

I had a some problems getting this mod, mistakes were made. But after a prolonged wait, they made it right and fixed the problem. The mod itself works great. I just did a 45 min race with a sequential stick car in AMS2 and the shifter performed BETTER than the TH8A stock sequential shifter used to when the sequential worked on it. The design is clever and well made, I never missed a shift.

Very happy with my 18 speed shifter all the toggles and buttons feel nice and the molding is nice in my hand and feels comfortable also very much appreciate the extra gift thrown in made my day i will be buying from here again for sure

im dumb, i got confused and thought that the spring in the picture was also in the mod, only when i saw in a video that the plastic replaces the spring, i realised how dum of a custumer i am. great product. first time buyer

This thing absolutely slaps, I got the spring-o aswell and it feels fantastic.

It’s gonna take a little while to get used to in dirt rally 2.0 but it’s gonna be so nice once it clicks

Also they threw in an Audi 90 Quattro rally hot wheels….. how TF did you know I owned an Audi 90 and that it’s my favourite rally car?!? Absolute cinema!
